Police appeal for help after pensioner goes missing

Missing: Maureen.

Police have launched an appeal to find a pensioner who has not been seen since this morning (Tues).

Maureen from Rochdale was last seen on Thornham Court, Rochdale, at around 9:20am, and has links to Oldham.

Maureen is described as white female, 5 foot 2 inches of medium build, with short grey hair, and has dementia.

She was last seen wearing a black North Face puffer jacket, black trousers, black and white trainers and carrying a brown messenger-style bag.

Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about her and want to make sure Maureen is safe and well.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts should contact police on 0161 856 8643 quoting log 1073 of 02/06/2026.
