Oldham Council is giving one young person a chance to switch on this year's festive lights.
The competition offers a lucky winner an opportunity to join Santa and special guests on stage to push the button and light up Oldham's Christmas tree and town centre at the Christmas Lights Switch-On Show.
Entry is free and closes at midnight on Wednesday, November 11. The event takes place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 5.30pm.
