Glossop youngster to donate all his hair to The Little Princess Trust

Seven year old Max from Simmondley is cutting all of his hair off for the The Little Princess Trust.

The youngster has wanted to donate his hair to children with cancer ever since he was four years old when he and his dad were having a conversation about children losing their hair due to illness.

Max’s dad Mike added: “He Is such a loving caring boy and I am so proud of him.”

“We have preserved in growing it to the required length to donate.”

“The time is almost here to donate it so we thought for the last few weeks of growth we would try to raise a bit of money to go along with it.”

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.

The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its supporters who help the charity give hair and hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.

Max will be cutting his hair in September and to donate to the cause, visit https://www.justgiving.com/page/max-mann-hair-donation-fundraiser?utm_medium=fundraising&utm_content=page%2Fmax-mann-hair-donation-fundraiser&utm_source=whatsapp&utm_campaign=pfp-whatsapp.
