With Christmas fast approaching, residents in Audenshaw congregated on Friday and Saturday night in a bid to feel festive.
On Friday night, hundreds of people flocked to Audenshaw Memorial Gardens for the annual switch-on. The event included musical acts, magical lights and refreshments.
24 hours later saw another large gathering on Woodhouses Avenue, as home owner Kim Ryan put on her own event to raise funds for Francis House Children's Hospice.
As well as musical acts, the event showcased her decorated house, which includes L.E.D lights, huge presents, baubles and board signs.
Kim chose Francis House as her chosen charity as the facility took care of her son, Cameron, who sadly died there in 2010.
