After taking place virtually for the last two years due to Covid-19, Tameside Pride returned to Cheetham Park in Stalybridge today. Here are some of our pictures by Nigel Wood from this afternoon's event.
Blessed with wall-to-wall sunshine the family fun day included plenty of live entertainment from a large stage, fairground rides, food stalls and a bar.
The event was supported by a number of local businesses and organisations and was an opportunity for Tameside to once again celebrate diversity, tolerance and equality.
