The former home of Tameside Radio could be transformed into an apartment complex.
Cavendish House, off Cavendish Street, has been subject to vandalism after being left vacant following use as offices both for social housing and by Tameside Radio. The plans put forward by Jigsaw Homes would see nine one-bedroom apartments built here.
If approved, the rear lobby would be demolished and a new external lobby and staircase would be created alongside external gardens and three visitor parking spots.
