Those arrested, including one from Tameside, have been charged with the movement of class A drugs and human trafficking.
The four were arrested as part of an investigation into so-called County Lines gangs, who transport drugs across police and local authority boundaries.
Ryan Wall (14/08/97) of no fixed abode has been charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs and three counts of human trafficking. He is scheduled to appear at Tameside Magistrates Court on Thursday 21 January 2021.
Christopher Thornton (15/04/01) of Barlow Road, Dukinfield has been charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs and two counts of human trafficking.
Claire Daniels (24/12/84) of no fixed abode has been charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs and three counts of human trafficking.
Lee Sleddon (08/06/93) of Claremont Court, Blackpool has been charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs and one count of human trafficking.
All four are set to appear at Tameside Magistrates Court on Thursday 18 February.
