Ladysmith Shopping Centre, in Ashton-under-Lyne, is searching for its next Charity of the Year.
They’re inviting the public to nominate local causes close to their hearts for a year-long partnership kicking off in April 2024.
The partnership will run from the 1st of April 2024 until the 31st of March 2025, giving one local charity a chance to raise money and awareness alongside the town centre shopping centre.
The chosen charity, once appointed will benefit from the following:

They will receive dedicated fundraising opportunities throughout the year, including events during key calendar periods such as the Summer holidays, and the festive period.

They will benefit from the Ladysmith platforms such as social media and its website, amplifying their reach and impact.
To nominate a charity, simply head to the Ladysmith Facebook page or Ladysmith Instagram page and follow the competition post instructions.
Ian Pratt, the Centre Manager at Ladysmith Shopping Centre, said, ‘Selecting a charity of the year is something we hold close to our hearts and is our way of giving back to great causes. Community is important to us and want to support where we can.’
