The former home of Sofa Superstore in Ashton could soon be turned into nine new one-bedroom apartments.
If approved, the three-storey Stamford Street Central site would contain one ground floor apartment alongside two retail units, then four more flats on both floors above.
Developers, named as Delamere Developments (NW) Ltd, said the cost of the project is estimated to be in the region of £1.2m.
