16-year-old girl found after disappearing in July

Jessica Hirst, a 16-year-old girl from Denton, has been found after disappearing almost a month ago.

Jessica was last seen getting off a bus at Piccadilly Gardens on July 16th. She had earlier visited Granada Park before boarding a bus into Manchester City Centre. Multiple appeals for information followed, with her aunt issuing a heartfelt appeal for her to return home.

Greater Manchester Police has now confirmed that Jessica has been found. GMP also thanked everyone who shared the appeal and helped them locate Jessica. Police worked extensively to locate Jessica, tracing her movements via CCTV and body-worn camera footage.
