The first round draw for Frank Hannah Manchester Premier Cup has been released.
Some exciting matchups will be seen in the competition, including a Tameside derby where Mossley AFC will take on reigning champions Ashton United FC.
The Robins will be looking to clinch the prestigious trophy once again and make it three wins in four seasons.
Their opponents in the final last season were Avro FC. The Ro’ are expected to be contenders once again. They start their competition with a first round face-off against Hyde United.
Curzon Ashton will be looking to better their semi-final appearance last year by going all the way. Waiting for them in the first round will be FC United of Manchester who will play hosts in this game.
The two teams met in the same competition at the preliminary stage last campaign, with the Nash emerging as winners after a penalty shootout.
Elsewhere, Stalybridge Celtic will host National League North side Radcliffe, while Glossop North End FC will travel to Irlam FC.
