Fire crews were called out to a house in Glossop after a tumble dryer caught fire.

Firefighters from Glossop and New Mills stations were called to the property on Woodhead Road at 9.10pm on Thursday evening (9 September).

Two firefighters wore breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire with one hose reel jet.
