Sixteen days of festivities are to bring the magic of Christmas to Buxton's Pavilion Gardens.
From Saturday 20 November until Sunday 5 December, they will have a 40 by 60-foot synthetic ice-skating rink, a selection of children's rides, Christmas stalls, Santa’s grotto as well as food and drink stalls.
General Manager Paul Kelsall said they hope that it can become an annual occasion which enhances Buxton’s reputation as a place to visit at Christmas.
“This year, with the switch on at the Crescent and our event, it’s going to be something to remember.”
