Tameside Music Service is inviting young people to discover the joy of making music through a series of free taster sessions taking place this October.
As part of Learn To Play, the UK’s largest free music-making initiative organised by the charity Music For All, Tameside Music Service will join hundreds of organisations nationwide offering 30-minute sessions designed to inspire both new and returning musicians.
The taster sessions will be held on Saturday 11th October, running between 9:30am and 12pm, and are open to young people from Key Stage 1 up to age 18. The initiative aims to encourage creativity, confidence, and connection through the universal language of music, whether participants are picking up an instrument for the first time or rekindling a past passion.
