Patricia Bridge

It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Patricia Bridge (Pat) aged 81 years.

Pat passed away peacefully at home after a short illness. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Special thanks to all the family, friends and neighbours for their tremendous support at this difficult time.

Thanks also to all the staff at Salford Royal Hospital (A&E Ward and T.A.U. Ward) and the District Nurses and Palliative Care Team.

A private cremation will take place at a later date.
