Willow Wood Hospice has confirmed that its distribution centre in Ashton will re-open on Tuesday (2 June).
The centre on Langham Road - where items are donated and sorted before being sent to the hospice's charity shops - will open from 8am to 2pm.
But it will be receiving boxed and bagged donations only.
The hospice said in a Facebook post: "We're afraid we can't as yet accept furniture and ask that you please ensure all donations are in a good, saleable condition. We'd also be grateful if you could observe social distancing at all times."
The distribution centre will then be open 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday.
The hospice also says it plans to gradually re-open some of its charity shops over the next few weeks and will announce details soon.
