Premises serving and handling food receive regular visitors from inspectors and are given ratings out of five.
Currently only two businesses in the area have a zero 'scores on the doors rating'.
They are:
African Wholesome Food, Duke Street, Ashton, and Tasty Kitchen of Booth Street, Ashton.
