The festive fairground is a huge attraction in Droylsden town centre.
Shoppers took advantage of the holiday deals before dropping in to have fun on the rides.
Children were left delighted with their thrill-seeking and enjoyed hot food and drink at outside stalls alongside their parents.
There was also plenty of chances to get some holiday shopping down at festive stalls belonging to small businesses. With the Droylsden community coming together to support one another.
When evening fell, the high streets shone with Christmas lights and seasonal entertainers. The official switch on took place at 5.00pm, but the town continues to welcome families into the centre with its winter lights and selection of festive food.
