Local charity The Anthony Seddon Fund is set to host a free Mental Health & Wellbeing Festival on Wednesday 27th May, from 2pm to 7pm at Dukinfield Town Hall.
Now in its fifth successful year, the event will bring together a wide range of local organisations, speakers and wellbeing practitioners to offer support, information and activities for the community.
Visitors can enjoy live music, explore over 30 information stalls, and take part in relaxing wellbeing sessions including sound baths, mini therapies and creative activities.
The festival will also feature a line-up of guest speakers, including mental health advocates and individuals sharing powerful lived experiences to inspire hope and encourage open conversations around mental health.
Open to all, the event aims to create a welcoming and supportive space where people can learn, connect and take positive steps towards better wellbeing.
