As Tameside College students finish for the Christmas holidays at The Restaurant At Tameside One, they can be satisfied that they have smashed their challenge catering for an incredible number of Christmas lunches.
The students prepared Christmas dinner with all the trimmings for 900 customers during the Christmas festivities.
A spokesman said: "This hands-on experience not only showcases their culinary skills but also reflects their dedication to the industry, where long hours are often required.

"Beyond the practical aspect, the students are likely gaining a wealth of knowledge that extends beyond the classroom, contributing to their personal and professional growth. The ability to handle such a significant task demonstrates their resilience and readiness to navigate the demands of the culinary world."
