Stalybridge is set for an evening of live music, family entertainment, and street food as Stalybridge Street Fest returns to Armentieres Square tonight (Friday, October 9).
Starting at 5pm and running through to 9pm, the monthly event promises something for all ages, with a packed programme of live performances, independent traders, and street food and drink.
There will be live music throughout the evening, featuring local performers Jo Farrow, Molly Duffy, Skarlet Sees, and Mora & The Fabulous Wonderfuls, who will all take to the stage across the four-hour event.
Visitors can also enjoy the unusual spectacle of the Pendle Witch performances, scheduled for 6pm and 7.30pm, while younger visitors and families can get involved in the circus skills workshops taking place in Victoria Market Hall.
The Market Hall will also host a special Artisan Market, showcasing independent local businesses, unique products, and handmade treats.
Although the weather forecast suggests there could be a little rain hanging around, organisers are encouraging people to come along and enjoy the festivities regardless. Just remember to take a coat.
With live entertainment, street food, independent stalls, and activities for all the family, the October edition of the Stalybridge Street Fest offers an opportunity to support local businesses and enjoy an evening out on Armentieres Square.
The event takes place across Armentieres Square and Victoria Market Hall from 5pm to 9pm tonight (October 9). As always, entry is free.
