A 36-year-old man from Stalybridge has been charged with a series of driving offences.
Tony Patrick Lees, of Stamford Drive, has been charged with handling stolen goods (a stolen motor vehicle), dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance, and criminal damage to a police vehicle.
It follows an incident on Tuesday (23 March) where a man was arrested after failing to stop for police and subsequently colliding with a police car.
He has been remanded to appear at court on Wednesday.
