On Saturday (27 November), the Mayor of Tameside Cllr Janet Cooper will join Father Christmas in Denton to switch on the lights in the town square at 6pm.
But it doesn't end there! To finish the weekend, locals can attend a festive fun fair and fireworks show in Denton town square at 5pm on Sunday (28 November).
