Pupils honoured at Victorious Voyage Awards Evening

The Victorious Academies Trust has held its inaugural Victorious Voyage Awards Evening celebrating pupils who have demonstrated the Trust's values.

Pupils from across Victorious Academies Trust were recognised for their achievements at the inaugural Victorious Voyage Awards Evening, held at Dukinfield Town Hall on Thursday July 9th. The event brought together pupils, families, and staff from the Trust's 15 schools to celebrate children who have demonstrated the values of Inspiring, Discovering, Caring, Improving, and Achieving throughout this year's Victorious Voyage programme.

Each school nominated one pupil for each of the Trust's five values-based awards, with a further nominee selected for the inaugural Nicky Wise Award, resulting in 90 pupils being recognised during the evening.

Introduced in honour of the Trust's retiring Chief Operations Officer, Nicky Wise, the award recognises a pupil who embodies the qualities of kindness, diligence and positivity, reflecting the values she has demonstrated throughout her career and contribution to the Trust since 2015.

Created to encourage pupils to explore new interests, challenge themselves, and discover their potential, Victorious Voyage culminated in an evening that celebrated the achievements, character, and contributions of pupils from across the Trust.
