As part of their National School Sport Week celebrations, Arlies Primary School pupils were given a motivational talk by triathlete and Sports Tours International ambassador, Rhianna Parkinson.
Rhianna gave an update on her training schedule ahead of the Ironman World Championships in Nice, France, later this year.
She also praises The Running Bee Foundation for helping her to secure a coach for the first time in her career.
