Police are providing extra patrols in four areas of Tameside following a recent increase in the number of burglaries.
Denton, Droylsden, Audenshaw and Haughton Green have all seen a surge in the number of burglaries.
Last night, March 5, the neighbourhood team had support from the GMP Mounted Unit, who conducted night patrols in the Dane Bank area of Denton and around Kings Road in Audenshaw.
