Police hunt serial Tameside thief

Police are appealing for the public's help to trace a Tameside man wanted for a string of thefts.

Greater Manchester Police's Tameside South and West team are trying to locate 37-year-old Peter Stringer.

Anyone with any information about Stringer's whereabouts should contact GMP immediately by calling 0161 856 5889 or 101.

Details can also be passed anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
