Plans for Hollingworth property to become care home

Plans have been submitted for a change of use for a property in Hollingworth to become a care home. 

The Old Bakery is part of the wider Millbrook House site which already provides care at Millbrook House itself and The Coach House, and is located within the Green Belt. 

Now Enabling Futures Ltd, who have operated at the site on Manchester Road for more than 10 years, want to use the Old Bakery as a home for up to three residents. 

The application, made to High Peak Borough Council, states there would be no alterations needed at the property and there is parking available.
