A printing shop could be transformed into a 13-bed home.
The retailer, known as ‘Ashton Signs and Print’, could be turned into a 13-bedroom house of multiple occupation (HMO), if plans are approved.
Applicants Fine West Ltd would extend the Oldham Road site in Ashton, which would see the bedrooms spread across two floors.
A living room and kitchen are included in the plans, and each bedroom would have an en-suite bathroom.
No parking provision is included in the plans, but there is cycle storage space.
