The Tour of Tameside returns to the borough in 10 days' time!
The event is made possible thanks in no small part to an army of volunteers across all four days.
One volunteer, Pat Hanley, will be cheering from the sidelines before tackling the Hyde 7 Mile on the last day.
Pat spoke to us about her history in the Tour, which stretches back 20 years, amongst other things.
