One person sustained minor injuries following a gas explosion on Glenmore Grove in Dukinfield earlier this evening, May 3.
Three fire engines and a technical response unit attended the scene just after 7pm. Some of the surrounding roads were closed for a short period of time while a police cordon was in place, with neighbours advised to "stay inside and lock the doors".
One resident said he had seen some people "leaving their properties with bags and driving off."
