Waterloo and Taunton Conservative Club had a visit from Ms United Kingdom Endeavour 2023/2024, Leanne Nuttall, as club members supported her with fundraising efforts for non-profit organisation for children, Streetz.
Leanne is celebrating her success at the Ms United Kingdom Endeavour pageant at a fundraising party in Tapsters in Ashton-under-Lyne on October 21.
"On the night, I am holding a raffle to raise much-needed funds for Streetz. I want to thank the club for their continued support and for donating prizes for me to raffle off to raise money for this worthwhile charity," Leanne said.
Streetz is a CIC (community interest company), a non-profit organisation working toward supporting the young people within the community in the hope that they can forge a brighter future for themselves, knowing they have been given support and encouragement via the funds raised.
"We're proud to support Leanne for her fundraising event for the children. It's a wonderful cause," said Leon Tamcken, Waterloo and Taunton Conservative Club Chairman.
Founded in 1891, the Waterloo and Taunton Conservative Club is a private gentleman's club based in Ashton-under-Lyne. They have donated hamper prizes for Leanne's upcoming fundraiser.
