Tameside libraries will be hosting a series of free meet-the-author sessions, workshops and discussions next month.
Among the speakers are Andrew Hurley, whose work "The Loney" won the 2016 British Book Industry Award for Debut Novel and Book of the Year; and Linda Brogan, who is a multi award-winning playwright and resident at the National Theatre.
Other authors include Anita Waller, a writer of psychological thrillers; Martin Edwards, who has been nominated for the eDunnit Award; Patricia Dixon, who has written eight best-selling novels and Brent Shore who was born in Hyde.
