A 29-year-old man has been charged after a taxi driver was robbed in Gorton.
Philip Phythian, of Lowgill Walk in Gorton, has been charged with robbery - Greater Manchester Police confirmed on Sunday afternoon.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court tomorrow (Monday).
It's in connection with a taxi driver being robbed in the Gorton area at around 6am yesterday (Saturday).
