A 53-year-old man has been charged after a woman was assaulted in Mottram.
Craig Winter, of Church Brow, has been charged with common assault, possession of a bladed article, using threatening behaviour and possession of cannabis.
He will appear before Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on 11 November.
Shortly before 2.45pm last Thursday (24 October), police were called to Church Brow following a report that a woman had been assaulted.
