6.55pm - Labour holds Dukinfield/Stalybridge
After three recounts, executive member Leanne Feeley is re-elected in the Dukinfield/Stalybridge ward by a majority of just 13 votes ahead of the Conservatives' Kurt McPartland.
Results are in for Dukinfield Stalybridge. Green 286. Labour 1308. Conservative 1295. Leanne Feeley is elected.

5.03- Stalybridge North have elected Jan Jackson
With 1167 votes, Labour have held their seat in Stalybridge North.
4.58- Hyde Werneth results are revealed
Ruth Welsh and the Conservative party have held their place in Hyde Werneth with almost 2000 votes.
4.48- Hyde Newton have stuck with Labour
Peter Robinson has secured his victory in Hyde Newton, topping the Conservatives with 545 votes.
4.45pm- Stalybridge South chooses to back Conservatives
Doreen Dickinson has remained in position in Stalybridge South.
4.39- Dukinfield sees a Labour win
Nalia Sharif has secured the support of Dukinfield with a Labour hold.
4.35pm- Longdendale Labour victory
Jacqueline North has secured a Labour win in Longdendale with a fantastic 1,356 votes.

4.29pm- Labour hold in Hyde Godley
Joe Kitchen has remained in Hyde Godley, securing victory over Andrea Colbourne with a minuscule 52 votes.

Jack Homer has taken a Labour win in Mossley, leaving Conservatives and Green behind.

1.34pm - Conservatives gain Ashton Hurst
Dan Costello of the Conservative Party has been elected as councillor, ousting former Civic Mayor of Tameside Leigh Drennan of the Labour party with a majority of 154 votes.

George Newton is re-elected with a majority of 1,018 votes.
1.11pm - Labour holds Denton West
George Jones has been re-elected as Denton West councillor with a majority of 1,049 votes, ahead of Thomas Dunne of the Conservatives in second place and Jean Smee of the Green Party is third.
1.08pm - Labour keep Ashton St Michaels
Jean Drennan has been re-elected as Ashton St Michaels councillor, with a majority of 718 votes ahead of Conservative candidate Matt Allen. The Green Party candidate Keith Whitehead comes third.
1.05pm - Droylsden West remains Labour
With a majority of 859, Ged Cooney is re-elected as Droylsden West councillor ahead of the Conservatives, who come second.
1pm - Labour hold Denton North East
Denise Ward has been re-elected as councillor for Denton North East with a majority of 647.
12.50pm - Labour hold Droylsden East
The first result for Tameside is in already and David Mills has been re-elected as Droylsden East councillor with 1,519 votes.
12.30pm - Results expected from 2pm

10.45am - Who could be elected?
In Tameside, there are seven parties – fielding a total of 67 candidates – contesting seats in the borough’s 19 wards.
A full guide to all of the candidates can be found here.
Counting is set to start shortly and the full council is estimated to be declared at around 4pm.
