RSPCA appeal after litter of kittens found dumped in Mossley

A litter of eleven kittens were found dumped in a bag in bushes in Mossley.

A spokesperson for RSPCA's Tameside and Glossop branch said that the five-week-old kittens - discovered off Mossley Road - were 'far too young to have left their mothers'.

The branch added: "Taking these tiny babies into our care has left us desperately short on wet kitten food."

If anyone has any knowledge of where the kittens may have come from or if anyone can donate wet kitten food, send an email over to office@rspca-tameside-glossop.org.uk which the subject 'Mossley Kittens'.

Kitten food donations can alternatively be made through an Amazon link on the charity's website.

The kittens will be available to adopt once fully vet checked and old enough.
