Cascade Baby Bundles, set up in 2014 by Lynne McMylor, has been supporting families across Tameside and the rest of Greater Manchester ever since.
The service has been threatened with closure recently, as its founder is stepping down, but now Home-Start HOST has taken over.
Alex Cann has been to Audenshaw's Ryecroft Hall and met up with Sam Duncan, who's Head of Income Generation and Volunteering at Home-Start, and Schadia Boueiri-Taylor, who is managing Baby Bundles, to find out more.
They need two things... money, and volunteers! Have a listen below to find out more.
