Stalybridge Celtic have confirmed the signing of Neil Kengni ahead of the 2019/20 season in the Evo-Stik Premier Division.
The striker joined the club last season after being released from Rochdale's Academy. He went on to become a fans' favourite at Bower Fold, scoring 12 goals in 43 appearances to become the club's leading goal scorer.
