Mark your calendars for a day packed with community spirit, creativity, and well-being at The Anthony Seddon Fund’s annual open day at The Anthony Seddon Centre, 12 George Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, Saturday 12th July, 11am–3pm.

Step into a vibrant celebration of everything that makes Ashton shine. Whether you're looking to unwind or get inspired, the day has got something for everyone:

· Browse the Craft and Table Top Sales for unique finds and handmade treasures

· Treat yourself to free refreshments and tasty bites         

· Attend the Mental Health Hero Awards session – 12pm

· Feel the stress melt away with a rejuvenating Meditation Sound Bath Sessions – 1pm and 1.50pM        

· Unleash your inner rock star at the Guitar Taster Workshop – 2pm

· Keep the little ones entertained in the fun-filled Kids Art & Crafts Zone        

· Try your luck in the Tombola and win exciting prizes

· Learn more about volunteering opportunities and sign up for future sessions
