The Together Centre in Dukinfield received a generous donation for its Together Pantry from Bradley Green Primary in Hyde.
Year 4 pupils at the school kindly decided to make a donation to a local foodbank initiative as part of their Personal, Social, Health and Economic educational studies (PHSE), to help families needing a little more support in these difficult times.
The children created a poster for parents, asking for food donations.
Once collected, these were presented to The Together Centre, with representatives invited into the school.
The Together Centre team said they were overwhelmed and thanked the school, the children and the parents for all of the donations and also took the time to explain their food pantry and allotment services.
