For those who have missed their favourite sci-fi characters and superheroes over the past couple of years at events, there's now a chance to catch up with them again.
Hyde Fundraisers will be returning to Ashton’s Cineworld on Saturday (26 February) and also on Saturday (5 March) from 1pm to 5pm.
This month’s event will be dedicated to sci-fi selfies featuring characters from Star Wars, Dr Who and Blakes 7! In March the group will be celebrating the release of the new batman film with characters that will include Captain America, Batman and a villainous appearance from The Joker.
Steve Haines, from Hyde Fundraisers, said: “It’s great to return to Cineworld Ashton once again with our characters this year. We’ve worked very closely with the team over the years and it provides some great interaction for families when they come to see a film.
“We encourage everyone to give a donation – anything is appreciated – and get a fantastic selfie on your phone with our characters.”
The events will be supporting the fundraising group’s charities which include BBC Children In Need.
