Local mental health charity Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind will be raising awareness of this year's World Mental Health Day on Saturday (10 October).
The theme for 2020 is 'Mental Health for All - Greater Investment - Greater Access'.
The charity will be sharing wellbeing messages from staff, as well as resources, training and its urgent fundraising appeal, throughout the day.
Jason, who looks after fundraising at TOG Mind, said: "Please do link in with us and help celebrate this important day, spread the word and consider sharing your own wellbeing tips – what’s worked for you recently? It would be great if people linked in, helped share the resources and considered supporting our fundraiser".
To see all the activity on the day, visit www.facebook.com/TamesideOldhamGlossopMind.
The charity also needs your help to raise money for those affected by mental illness locally, with prioritising mental health never more important than it is now. You can donate through its JustGiving page or its Facebook page.
