Ashton Hurst councillor Dan Costello and local resident Lucy Turner have organised some more litter picks to help keep the community clean and tidy.
It comes after the 2022 Great British Spring Clean, a campaign by Keep Britain Tidy, got underway, with the initiative running until 10 April.
In the Ashton Hurst ward a successful community litter pick was held last Saturday (26 March).
The next one is due to take place this Saturday (2 April) from 10am to 11.30am. If you would like to go along people should meet at the main gates of Great Academy Ashton on Broadoak Road.
All litter picking equipment will be provided.
For more information, contact Cllr Costello by calling 07760 557963 or emailing dan.costello@tameside.gov.uk
