Police are searching for a missing woman from Ashton
Carolyn Thornton, 56, went missing from Chapel Street in Ashton at 1:30pm yesterday (Sunday 26 July).
Carolyn is described as a white woman of large build, around 5ft 6 inches tall with dark brown hair.
She was last seen wearing dark trousers, a navy blue jacket and carrying a blue satchel.
She has links to the Ashton area and often visits the town centre.
Greater Manchester Police say they're becoming concerned for her and want to make sure she is safe and well.
