A car show in honour of late Mossley drag racer Peter ‘Rusty’ Kennedy is in full swing at Great Academy Ashton.
Dozens of retro, modern and customised cars are on display at the annual event, including Rusty’s legendary ‘WOO’ - a Ford Capri 4x4 Cosworth, which he converted into one of the most fearsome machines on the drag racing circuit.
Entry to the show on Broadoak Road costs £10 per vehicle, £5 for pedestrians, and is free for under-16s, with all funds raised being donated to the Willow Wood Hospice.
Gates opened at 10am and will last until 4pm.
