Greater Manchester Police's Economic & Cyber Crime Unit is boosting online safety with fraud and cyber crime awareness pop-up events.
Working alongside partners including the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) and Report Fraud, staff and volunteers will be on hand to offer practical advice to members of the public on how to spot scams, stay safe online and reduce the risk of falling victim to fraud.
The events will run between 10am and 1pm at four locations across the region, giving people the chance to speak directly with experts and learn more about the latest threats targeting individuals and communities.
