Greater Manchester Police has issued a Section 34 dispersal order covering the Victoria Park area in Denton.
The Section 34 dispersal order follows “a number of recent incidents of anti-social behaviour in the area”.
Victoria Park is bounded by the perimeter of Crown Point North Retail Park, the motorway footbridge over M67, Queen Street, Acre Street, Duke Street, Stockport Road, and Ashton Road.
The order began at 4:40pm (yesterday) July 22nd, and is in place until 4:40pm today (July 23rd).
Officers will continue to patrol the area and anyone with questions is encouraged to speak to them. Anyone with information or concerns is asked to contact GMP via 101 or through the Live Chat service on its website.
