A 100-strong musical procession jammed the narrow streets of Manchester's Northern Quarter in a New Orleans-style farewell to bluesman Victor Brox.
The celebration of Victor’s life followed his funeral at Albion Church in Ashton on Monday (20 March).
A 20-minute version of When The Saints Go Marching In resounded on a winding route from the Band on the Wall to Matt and Phred's Jazz Club.
It was followed last night by a special open mic event at the White House in Stalybridge in tribute to Victor, who was from Ashton and more recently lived in Droylsden.
