Firefighters battling a huge fire on a Hyde industrial estate have the blaze under control, it has been reported.
Meanwhile, residents living nearby say the area around Meadow Street and Stockport Road in Hyde has been engulfed by the stench of burning wood and a chemical smell.
One said: "It smells terrible. It's like chemicals. There is a rumour there was asbestos in the building."
Residents should be able to return to their homes soon.
